Praia Health Secures Second Patent for Account Orchestration Technology

Building on our previously granted patent, we’re thrilled to announce that Praia Health has been granted a second patent for its innovative account and experience orchestration technology.

U.S. Patent No. 12,147,570 acknowledges Praia’s foundational identity access capabilities and is titled, "Simultaneously Administering User Accounts in Two Related Information Systems, Such as an EMR and a Separate Health System Single Sign-On System."

The newly issued patent covers the following items:

• The synchronization of user accounts between multiple health system platforms, such as CRMs, CDPs, and EMRs.  

• Having a master identity that can change and update records in an EMR, as well as receive updates from an EMR automatically.  

• How our Single Sign-On Admin Portal can manage accounts in multiple systems at once  

This builds upon Patent No. 12,105,788 B2, “Single Sign-On Across Multiple Application Instances,” which was granted in October 2024. It recognizes Praia Health's innovative consumer experience orchestration platform, which allows patients to seamlessly access multiple health system partner platforms and health system electronic medical record (EMR) systems with a single set of login credentials.
